How to keep your nails healthy

It is not a secret that every girl wants
to look like as if she is a beautiful queen. However, do you know how hard to
keep all the rules and stay the prettiest person in the world? When we see such
a beauty, the first thing that catches the eye is the girl’s hands, mainly her
nails. It immediately gives us the impression of who is standing in front of
us. For example, if a girl has untidy and not well-groomed nails, then only few
people will deal with her. What does a slovenly nail appearance consist of? It
includes dirt under the nails, stubby edges, different nail length, humpback,
thin and weak nails. All this problems is easy to fix if you take care of your
nails regularly. In other words, you just need to maintain its health. Though,
to restore the beauty of the nails is quite easy, however, it takes a lot of
time (the whole fingernail requires up to three months or even more to re-grow
completely).
How to keep your nails healthy

There are plenty of simple ways how to
keep your nails healthy. Here you will find a short list of the existing common
methods to strengthen the nail plate:
           
1)
sea salt bath
you will require warm
water and a couple of tablespoons of salt. Keep your hands in the water for
10-15 minutes.

2)
iodine bath
it also requires warm
water and 2-3 drops of iodine. Keep your fingers in this mixture for 10-15
minutes.


3)
lemon juice bath
you will need warm
water and the juice of half a lemon. Put your hands into the water for about 15
minutes. Your nails as well as skin will become lighter and will smell nice.


4)
chili powder and a hand cream bath

mix a bit of chili powder and a little hand cream. Then carefully rub this
mixture into each nail. Hold it for 15-20 minutes, then wash your hands.


5)
soda and salt bath
it requires warm
water, a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of baking soda. Keep your hands in
this solution for 10 minutes.


6)
castor / olive / vegetable oil + lemon +
iodine bath
mix each ingredient in a small amount and massage gently each
nail. After 10 minutes wash your hands.


7)
broth oak bark or chamomile bath

keep your fingers in the broth for 15 minutes.


8)
chamomile and beer bath
pour a
chamomile with warm beer. Keep your hands in the bath for 15 minutes.


9)
mint bath
crushed mint pour with
boiling water (infuse over 10 minutes). Then put your hands in the bath for 15
minutes.


10)
lemon bath
take two lemons, make 5
holes in each lemon and stick your fingers into the lemon holes. 10 minutes
will be enough.

Any
of the mentioned procedures can be done 1-3 times a week, not to over saturate
the nail plate and let it rest until the next bath. Now you have a list of
