The only thing harder than a bridal outfit is a bridal hairstyle, but not to worry, we've completely got you covered, from the classical fishtail braid to the half up down braids. We've picked out the very best bridal hairstyles for you.

 Double Braids Updo
Double braid updo is one of the bridal hairstyles with a difference. You want to make a bold statement on that life-changing day of yours, this is the updo to go for. Part your hair down the middle and divide it into two sections on either side of your head. Use each section to make thinly plaited braids, it effectively gives you two plaited braids on either side. Gently finish it off by rolling them into a bun. For finishing touches, you can drape a veil over the bun or just tie in a ribbon. Voila! Let the aisle song begin, we're good to go.
Lace Braid Updo
For this hairstyle, it brings about the two things you love, lace and braids. The lace braid updo only takes a few minutes to set up, although it looks quite complex. All you need are bobby pins and a couple of hair ties or ribbons. For the first part, you create a lace braid on one side of your head securing it with hair ties and ribbons, and wrap the other side in a messy bun and secure it with bobby pins. Didn't we tell you it could be set up in minutes? Don't forget the veils.

Three Strand Boho Braid
Are you perhaps having a beach wedding or an outdoor wedding rather than a church wedding? Don't bother your head and your hair about it, all you have to do is go for the three strand boho braid. This bridal hairstyle is not only very versatile, but it is also one that ages like a fine wine - one thing all marriages should do. To achieve this bridal hairstyle, divide your hair into two uneven sections, braid the larger section into a fishtail braid and the smaller one into a traditional three-strand braid. Then finally, secure the three strand braid on one side of your head with a beach themed jewelry and rock the waves.

Vintage Swirls
Nothing screams out romance more than vintage styles, and Vintage Swirls doesn't disappoint in that aspect. Create this hairstyle first by curling the hair all over, this is to add texture. Next, divide your hair into two sections, the top layer and the rest, tease the top layer to form a mohawk. Comb both sides of your hair and make them meet at the middle, then pull the last section of the hair (bottom part) up and pin it into place to make it secure. Let's not forget the swirls, to make them, gather sections of hair from our pretty mohawk and use it to create pin curls, when done secure it with pins. Spritz the bridal hairstyle with hairspray for a finished and refined touch.
Infinity Knot
Infinity means forever and that's how long marriages should last, so why not rock this infinity knot to tie the knot forever and always. Begin by brushing your hair all the way back, then style it into a high ponytail. Divide the ponytail into two sections, and pin the right section into a horizontal loop. Don't leave the left section left out, loop it also into the same size and shape as the one on the right. Nicely tuck in the two ends of the tails into a bun and finish it off with a texturizing spray. You can also use dry shampoo to add and give more texture to the hair.

“For me, taking care of your skin is the most important step. You can cover it with all the makeup you have and it is still not as nice as beautiful skin” -Astrid Berges-Frisbey

“Aging is a fact of life. Looking your age is not.” -Dr. Howard Murad

One of the most coveted things in life is naturally beautiful skin without the extraneous need for tons of makeup and other beauty products. However, you would be hard-pressed to find a woman who has seemingly flawless skin without any kind of regimen or beauty routine of her own. After all, great and glowing skin require tireless commitment on your part and it does not just happen by chance. You need to be conscious about what you ingest as well as with what you apply to your face to make sure it stays flawless. Apart from this, women with gorgeous skin have also formed habits to make sure the retain their skin’s natural beauty and it is no secret as to what these are. If you are looking to have glowing and healthy skin, here are some of the habits you should adopt:

1.) Use the correct cleanser for her skin type
Women are not all cut from the same cloth and likewise, they do not have the same skin types. Some women have oily skin, others dry while there are some who are more prone to acne than the average woman. Your local beauty store houses a range of skin care products such as belo essentials. All you would need to do is look for the cleanser appropriate for your skin.

2.) Maintain a healthy diet
It is no secret that what you eat largely impacts how your skin would look. If you want to have glowing skin, it would need to retain moisture. To do this, stock up on omega-3 fatty acid which is commonly found in flax seeds and walnuts. Add this to your lunch salad regularly to enhance your skin’s natural barrier. Apart from that, include foods with high glycemic index (simple and complex carbohydrates) in your diet.

3.) Constantly hydrate and drink the right liquids
A huge factor in keeping a healthy and glowing skin is to constantly hydrate and drink right. Though it can be rather tempting to grab a cup of coffee the moment you wake up, you might want to opt for something else if you wish to have better-looking skin. A shot of chlorophyll every morning can be a game changer. Chlorophyll can brighten, hydrate and oxygenate your skin which as a result, would help drain puffiness by stimulating the lymphatic system. And as an added bonus, it is also good for cellulite.

4.) Your fingers should touch your face minimally
Ideally, your fingers should never touch your face. Keep in mind that your fingers come in contact with various elements throughout the day and if you brought them anywhere near your face, you would be introducing bacteria and germs to your skin which is a common cause of breakouts. This can lead to scarring and an increase in wrinkles and if you are not careful, it can even result in some ailments such as the flu.

5.) Avoid direct heat exposure
Wearing sunscreen and watching out for the sun are both good practices for skin care. But it should not stop there, be wary when you are standing too close to fireplaces and heaters as this can potentially cause skin damage. Among other things, it would cause inflammation and collagen breakdown. So, the next time you are baking something in the oven, do not stand too close.

6.) Sleep well
Getting the right amount of sleep is crucial to good skin care and is a big contributing factor to a healthy skin. It does not just stop at getting eight hours of sleep at night but rather sleeping well extends to regularly using clean bed sheets and pillow cases. If possible, your pillow cases should be silk as the material glides easily which means it would prevent creasing and wrinkles. It would also be easier on your hair and would hardly retain any germs or bacteria resulting to better hair and skin.

7.) Do not use too many products
Cosmetics may be considered as a great beauty enhancer but that does not mean you should cake yourself with makeup all the time. Makeup is well and good if done moderately but remember to let your skin breathe once in a while. If you already have bright skin to begin with, why cover it with makeup? And if you do not, it is best if you do not clog your pores with too much product. Use it moderately and wisely.
Coconut oil is a very healthy product for moisturizing your hairs. Coconut oil may have a wide variety of uses but it still reign supreme in the department of caring for the scalp. It can be used for cooking, cleaning, and for removing makeup among other things. However, the scope of this article is limited conditioning of hair via the use of coconut oil. What happens often is when we comb or brush, wash and blow-dry/style our hairs they become broken and dry. For the benefits of using it as hair oil, first we need to understand how our scalp is made up of or more specifically, what your hair anatomy is all about.

There is a part called medulla which is the central part of our hair shaft. This is soft and thin hairs can exhibit more of it as compared to hair with volume (slim to none amounts of medulla). The second important element is the cortex. The cortex happens to be the bulkiest layer of your hair responsible for giving color to them. In the end, cuticle which is the outer layer protecting your hair. As stated that styling and brushing your hair can cause your immense damage to cuticle and thus contributing to the loss of fibrous proteins in your hair (cortex). All of this leaves the medulla open to outside interference.

How can coconut oil protect your hairs?
First off, coconut oil helps keep the loss of proteins at bay which means that your hair will shine bright and will not lose its healthy look. There is an actual study which has made the said discovery. They applied coconut oil, sunflower oil and mineral oil to scalp of different participants. What they found was when the participants washed their hairs, the content of proteins in the hairs where coconut oil was applied came out on top. Find DissertationHelp Service online. The hairs were undamaged, bleached and in addition were UV treated. Its counterparts did not leave the same effect.

In short, the advantage was derived as a result of having rubbed oil before washing and then subsequently washing them. The result was prevention of hair loss/damage. When the hair absorbs water, it undergoes certain structural changes. So when you apply hair oil before washing lesser water is absorbed by the medulla which makes your hair less susceptible to damage. Consequently, applying hair oil leaves your hair soft and smooth making them less likely to break. In totality this strengthens your hair and helps them to grow longer. Don’t tell me you haven’t dreamt of long and shiny hair? The same reasons that hampers the health of hairs are what prevent them from growing.

With coconut oil you are moisturizing your hairs whereby reducing the breakage, furthermore, it provides protection to the hairs from protein loss and damage resulting from wetness. Also growth of long hairs is limited by environmental influences such as wind, sun and dust.

Other benefits that coconut oil entails is:

1.     Lice prevention

There was a study conducted which proved that the regular usage of coconut oil can be used to prevent lice. The oil when combined with anise in a spray gave stellar results, it treated 40% of the lice game as opposed to the chemical called permethrin

2.     Sun protection

UV filters are used to protect your hair from the heat of the sun. They say coconut oil has the potential that can act as an antidote to the damage from harmful sun rays. Those of you who live in regions where there is immense heat, applying some coconut oil before stepping can be a good idea.

Shiny Looking Hair

3.     Dandruff treatment

You know how dandruff piles up? It is due to the overgrowth of fungus in your hair or yeast in your scalp. Although no research has been carried out in this regard, however, since coconut oil contains antimicrobial properties which has can be used to treat dandruff.

4.     As conditioner

Did you know you can use the coconut oil as a conditioner after you have shampooed your hairs? Well it does act as a conditioner. Just comb coconut oil from midsection to the ends. Then wash it off

5.     Post-wash detangler

This one is similar to the above but you are not using it as a conditioner here rather as a detangler. By detangler we mean to not wash it off after having applied the shampoo. Simply rub a little coconut oil through your hairs before brushing those hairs.

Shiny Looking Hair

6.     Can even be used as a hair mask

Very common practice. Rub some coconut oil before taking a shower or apply it a night prior before showering in the morning. By allowing it to sit out, you are allowing hairs to get nourished and necessary nutrients are being supplied to it.

In conclusion

So you see there is a wide variety of uses for the hair oil and if you stick to these practices you can see that it will do wonders for your hairs. If your hairs are falling, use coconut oil, if they have been dry or damaged, coconut oil is the cure and so on so forth.

1. Doing Head Massage

Head massage is one of the most important rituals for healthy hair and scalp. It drains away toxins and improves blood circulation from the scalp. You can head your massage without using any oil, but it preferable to do it with oil. The best oils for hair loss are sunflower, olive, coconut, ghee, flaxseed, evening primrose, avocado and castor (diluted with another oil). This will reduce hair fall to a great extent

Doing Head Massage

How to do?  Apply oil evenly on the scalp and massage gently with your fingers. Do not massage for more than 10 to 15 minutes. Leave on for an hour and wash thoroughly; you can also keep it overnight for better conditioning. For healthier and stronger hair, head massage at least once a week.

2. Stay away from chemicals (conditioners)

Do not use conditioner after shampooing. Applying it means injecting chemicals into your scalp and hair. More chemicals will damage to your hair. Instead use a natural leave-in conditioner. Oils and plant butters make an excellent leave-in conditioner. Best oils to use – coconut, almond, olive, and jojoba oil; and best butters that work are – she a, kokum, or aloe butter.

To use: Take a pea size amount oil or butter and rub it between your palms and apply to damaged hair avoiding the roots. This will strengthen your hair.

3. Use a wide tooth wood comb

Fine comb can hurt the delicate new growth and also cause injury on your scalp. Where as wide tooth wooden comb is gentler as compared to the plastic one. Wide tooth comb also provide massaging effect and help distribute natural oil from the scalp to hair.

Use a wide tooth wood comb

So if you want to avoid hair loss then discard the sharp tooth plastic comb, replace it with a wide tooth wooden comb and well-done if you have already done it.

4. Exercise

Exercise is another important solution to reduce hair fall. When you exercise you sweat and unclog the hair follicles, that gets clogged by dead skin or grease and give enough space for the new hair to grow. Exercising increases blood flow to your scalp. The increased blood flow brings with it oxygen and more nutrients, and thereby promoting healthy growth.

How to do? So if you desire to avoid hair loss go for a walk, dance, cycle, play, run, do yoga, cardio or whatever you enjoy. Get up and get moving!

5.  Avoid tight hair styles

Tight braids, ponytails or any other tight styles put pressure on roots of your hair and can lead to hair loss. If you make tight hair styles everyday your hair may stop growing permanently from some areas where it is pulled most from which results in causing a bald patch. Once in a while it is okay, but wearing tight styles every day causes hair fall. For everyday wear make lose braids or ponytails to keep hair under control but without damage.

7. Staying happy

Have you ever experienced your hair falling off like autumn leaves and turning grey overnight? The reason is excess worry or stress. Stress affects all of our body and hair. Other than eating healthy and exercising, you have to stay happy and relax. Never-ending stress can cause a large number of hairs to go into resting phase at the same time. This leads to clumps of hair coming out all at once.

The good thing is that stress related hair loss is usually temporary, as long as the stress event is temporary What to do: For healthy hair, find time to relax. Engage yourself in stress busting activities like yoga, walking, relaxing, gardening, meditation. You can also talk to a friend, family or seek professional support.

8. Stay away from heat appliances and chemical treatment (perming and straightening)

I have curly hair, but I always wished that my hair was straight. Perhaps, it is a human psyche to want what he/she doesn’t have. I considered rebonding many times, but never really did it. And thank God I didn’t. I have used straightener, heat brush and blow dryer few times. But whenever I used them, I felt these hot appliances did more harm, so I have stopped using them.

perming and straightening

Chemical treatments, use of heat appliances and wild styling can actually affect the hair roots and damage your hair. So stay away from them as far as possible.

9. Herbal oils
Herbal hair oils have been an integral part of hair care in our traditions. Oil infused with herbs such as amla, brahmi, hibiscus, rosemary, lavender contain tons of polyphenols, antioxidants, bhringraj, phytosterols, fatty acids, marigold, vitamins, and minerals that keep the scalp healthy and promote hair growth. These oils also offer anti-inflammatory, anti-reddening and anti-fungal properties that help to keep healthy and dandruff free scalp.

The mentioned solutions may take weeks or months to show desired results. For immediate hair growth, hair transplant is only the solution.
